I'm Coach Z. 

Firstly, thank you for taking a few moments to learn more about me and my programs. I've dedicated my life to learning the best practices for taking athletes to the next level, as well as developing new methods of my own.

My goal is to use this knowledge to help men and women achieve their full-potential within the world of sport. My journey started in 2011 when I broke my pelvis while training for football.


Over the years, I've made it my duty to understand the biomechanics of the lower-body and how it functions. Through a cohesive program addressing mobility, stability, power, and strength; I've managed to improve the overall function of the lower-body in many athletes, including myself!

The purpose of GLIDE Athletic Performance is to enhance the athletic ability of all our athletes and, in turn, take them to the next level!
