About

A 6 Week challenge with weekly weigh-ins every Monday. Before and after pictures are suggested, but optional. A point system is used to determine the winner: - 1 workout = 1 point (limit 2 points/day, workouts must be at different points in the day) - 1 Day of hitting assigned macronutrients or calorie total = 1 point. - Coming within 15g +/- on protein or carbs counts as a "hit". - Coming within 7g +/- on fats counts as a hit ​ ​
